Couponing Workshop and Weekly Menu

My family and I headed out of town on Friday for a Couponing Workshop in Augusta, GA this weekend. It was really fun to go to with friends and learn more about couponing together. It was hosted by Jenny Marting from Southernsavers.com. I would highly recommend going to her workshop whether you are a newbie or if you have been couponing awhile. It is only 10 bucks and was worth every penny! I have been using coupons for over a year now and most of my friends consider me the expert but I learned a lot myself. If you are interested just go to Southernsavers and check out the dates and location of her upcoming workshops and if you do not see it listed you can contact her and see if your church or organization can host her in upcoming months.

After a fun weekend I am ready to get back into our January Eating out of the Pantry Challenge. I am looking forward to what it will be like by the end of the week. You can see our last week's menu and wrap-up. I am not sure that I am all that creative but I am learning and am thankful for the opportunity to use up some of our stockpile.
