Savvy Blogging Dinner Event

As I previously posted, the boys and I headed out of town on Thursday on a road trip with my mom to Nashville. I had the privilege of attending an incredible event, Savvy Blogging Round Table Dinner and Discussion.  The event was hosted by a few seasoned bloggers, Toni Anderson, Crystal Paine, Erin Chase, Crystal Collins, and Andrea Deckard. All of these women are successful authors of frugal blogs that help others save money and live wisely.  They coordinated this event, as well as the website Savvy Blogging to build community among bloggers and to equip others to become more successful within their blog.

It was an exciting night and I had the honor of being at a table full of  wonderful women who have been blogging for at least a  year or longer.  They were very kind and gracious in answering all my questions (trust me, there were many!) and they equipped me with information that I did not even know to ask.    My table included Tara Kuczykowski from Deal Seeking Mom (our table leader), Rachel Holland from Surviving the Stores, Shaina Olmanson from Food For My Family, Dana Adams from Mrs. Moneysaver, Amy Norton from Amy Loves It, and Heather from Sprittibee.  Check them out!  They are awesome women!

It was also great to have a long chat with Carrie Isaac from Springs Bargains!

Another great treat, was all the free swag that was donated by these awesome sponsors:, Redplum, Travelers, The Blog Frog, Cheryl&Co., Ziplist, Raisinets,, Alice, Five J's Design, Motivated Moms, All You, General Mills, Juicy Juice, Happy Baby, 1-800, Stolen Moments(Menu Planning), Rembrandt, Taste of Home, Avon, Pirate Brands, Hear No Evil

Cracker Barrel, White Cloud, and Born Free products.  Thank you!!!

If you are a fellow blogger I encourage you to check out Savvy Blogging and also check them out on  twitter (#savvyblogging).  The women that are part of this community are encouraging and generous, if you have any questions just jump right in!  Thanks again ladies!
